At Murphy & Lambiase, we are a small boutique law firm limiting our practice to the representation of victims of medical malpractice and other professional negligence throughout New York and the Hudson Valley Region.
Each of our attorney's are highly experienced in all areas of malpractice and complicated injury based claims. Our managing partner, Donald J. Lambiase has over 30 years' experience and has handled thousands of personal injury cases in his professional career.
We are consistent, patient, and professional, giving each new case the attention it deserves. An integral part of our services is to work closely with our clients so that they can make the right decisions with respect to their legal needs. Each of our cases is regularly reviewed and proactively managed to advance the case as quickly as possible to a successful resolution.
PRACTICE AREAS
MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
We represent patients injured or damaged financially by physician or hospital negligence. These include, but are not limited to, misdiagnosis, untimely diagnosis or treatment, surgical errors, nursing errors, and errors resulting in death.
DENTAL MALPRACTICE
We represent patients who are injured or financially damaged by dentistry negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, nerve damage, failed cosmetic restoration, failed dental reconstruction, and avoidable infection.
NURSING HOME NEGLECT
We represent nursing home residents injured by nursing home negligence and those who have suffered from a breach of resident rights. This includes, but is not limited to, falls, inattentive care, physical abuse, emotional abuse, and mistreatment.
LEGAL MALPRACTICE
We represent parties financially damaged by attorney errors and omissions in the handling of their claims. This includes, but is not limited to, missing of legal deadlines, unpreparedness, and actions without client authority.

Graduate of Pace University School of Law in 1982.
Licensed in New York State and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York since 1983.
Donald J. Lambiase as handled medical/dental malpractice and other complicated civil litigations since 1983. He has presented numerous seminars concerning the handling and successful resolution of personal injury claims.

Graduate of New York Law School in 1987.
Licensed in New York and Federal District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1990.
